To ensure that your game day experience is an enjoyable one, we have created this informational guide designed to provide you with Chicago Sky Basketball game day information. We hope that your experience at Wintrust Arena this season and for years to come will be memorable.
Accessible Services
Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels of the arena (100-Level and 200-Level). Adjacent companion seating and additional seating may be purchased based on availability. Guests needing to purchase accessible seating can contact the Chicago Sky Ticket Office at 866.SKY.WNBA.
Service animals are the only animals permitted in Wintrust Arena. Service animals include guide dogs, signal dogs, or other animals that been individually trained to provide service to an individual with a disability. Any animal that poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others shall be required to leave.
Age for Tickets
Children under the age of two (24 months) do not require a ticket if seated on an adult’s lap.
Alcohol Policy
Per the State of Illinois laws, no individual under the age of 21 will be allowed to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages of any kind. Please have a valid I.D. available for proof of age. Alcohol service will be concluded at the end of the 3rd quarter of the game.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available upon request from the Wintrust Arena Box Office which is located outside of the Arena on the southeast side.
ATMs
Wintrust Arena is a cashless facility. All major credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted for concessions and merchandise.

Banners and Signs
Fans may bring signs into the arena that are no larger than 2’x3.’ Signs with sticks are prohibited in the arena.
Bathrooms
Restrooms are available throughout the Arena, including on the ground floor for Courtside ticket holders, within the Wintrust VIP Lounge for Lounge ticket holders, as well as behind Sections 101, 114, 121, 214, 220, and 228.
Cameras
Non-flash, still cameras of any type may be used to take pictures as long as it does not interfere with other guests view. Any camera bags, tripod or other photography equipment may not be used or placed in any area of the building without a media credential. Selfie sticks are not allowed inside the arena.
Cancellations/Game Time Changes
All game dates and game times are subject to change.
Champion’s Lounge
Located on the ground floor of the arena off the Main Entrance, this space can be utilized for private event spaces pre-game or in-game. Space may be subject to availability, for further information contact tickets@chicagosky.com.
Concessions
Food and beverage are available throughout the Arena. Concessions are available behind Sections 115, 119, 127-128, 215, 219, and 230. Portable stands may be available behind Sections 105, 117, and 201-202 on some game dates. Portable stands may be added or removed at the discretion of the Arena.
Stands offer a variety of food/beverages options including Pepsi products, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken tenders, plant based chicken tenders, Garrett popcorn, and more.
Fans that present their Wintrust Bank Debit Card at concessions are subject to receive discounts on select items.
Coolers and Containers
Coolers and other containers are not allowed in Wintrust Arena. This includes beverage containers of any kind.
Credit Cards
Wintrust Arena accepts all major credit cards. All concession and merchandise stands are cashless.

There are two elevators located on the southwest side of the Arena which provides access to the first three levels of the arena.
Fan Code of Conduct
The WNBA and Chicago Sky encourage and promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. The Chicago Sky/Wintrust Arena reserves the right to eject any patron that poses a threat to themselves or other guests. This includes, but not limited to, profanity, racial or ethnic comments, intoxication, disorderly conduct, drug use, sexual harassment, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, players, coaches, spectators, or team representatives. These will not be tolerated and are grounds for dismissal from the arena at the ticket holders expense; no refund or ticket credit given for unused tickets. Re-entry to the arena will not be allowed.
Fan Services
Should you need to reach a Chicago Sky Ticket Representative in-game and/or have questions, please visit our Fan Services area located behind Section 123.
First Aid
The first aid office is located on the 100-level behind section 114 in the northwest corner of the arena. Trained medical personnel are on staff and are available to those needing assistance.
Food and Drink
Outside food and drink are not allowed into Wintrust Arena. Concession stands are located throughout the 100-level and 200-level concourses. For specific info on the food allergies and health concerns, please click here.
Hotel
The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is the official hotel of the Chicago Sky. For reservations, please contact the hotel at 312-567-1234.
In-Game Announcements
For any announcements wishing to be displayed in-game, please call 866.SKY.WNBA. There is a $50 donation per announcement to the Sky Cares Foundation to display in-game for ticket purchases outside of group or birthday ticket purchases. Announcements must be submitted two weeks prior to each game; all announcements are subject to approval.
Lactation & Nursing Pod
The Mamava pod is placed on the main concourse near section 120 outside of our family restroom.
Lost & Found Items
Lost and found items may be picked up from the Guest Services office during a game, located behind Section 114. After leaving the arena, Wintrust has a website set up to see all “lost and found” items as well as a form to complete in order to create a case for a lost item.

Lost Child/Adult
If a guest you came with cannot be found, please go to a Sky/Wintrust Arean staff member immediately. They will assist you with finding your guest. You may also visit Guest Services located behind Section 114.
Magellan Courtside Club
The Magellan Courtside Club is located courtside for all courtside ticket holders. Access to the Magellan Courtside Club is reserved for ticket holders who have purchased courtside seats only.
Main Entrance
The main entrance for Wintrust Arena is located at the corner of Cermak Road and Indiana Avenue on the ground floor of the arena.
Media Information/Entrance
Media will enter Wintrust Arena via the security entrance on the east side of the building. All credentialed media must be approved prior to each game.
Merchandise & Team Store
Sky merchandise is available for sale on the 100-level concourse of Wintrust Arena behind Section 104. Merchandise can also be purchased from Chicago Sky online shop by visiting https://chicagoskyshop.com/.
Metal Detectors
For the safety of every patron, anyone entering Wintrust Arena is subject to search and must walk through a metal detector or be subjected to an electronic-wanded search. Please comply with the Wintrust Arena bag policy to (click here to view) expedite your entry into the arena.
Mobile Ticketing
All tickets to Chicago Sky home games are digital and available for mobile ticketing. Mobile tickets can be accessed through the Chicago Sky mobile app and/or online Account Manager site. Nursing Mothers
If needed, nursing mothers can visit our First Aid office located behind Section 113.
Other Items prohibited at Wintrust Arena
Other items not permitted in the arena include but are not limited to fireworks, laser pointers, noisemakers (whistles or horns), strollers, tri-pod, video cameras, and weapons of any kind which include pocket knives. For complete details, please click here
Parking
Lot A of McCormick Place offers $16/vehicle parking for all Sky home games. For more information, please click here. Lot A is closest to Wintrust Arena, located across the street and accessible by pedestrian bridges. The address to Lot A is 2301 South Prairie Ave, Chicago, IL 60616.
Pregame
Doors open to the public 60 minutes prior to tip-off. Skyrider members can enter 90 minutes prior to tip-off through the Skyrider Entrance only, located off Cermak on the ground level of the arena.
Public Transportation

Re-entry to games
There is no re-entry to Wintrust Arena after a patron has exited the building.
Refunds or Exchanges
There are no refunds and no exchanges on any ticket purchases, all sales are final.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout the concourse on each level. Baby changing stations are located in the handicap stalls in both the men’s and women’s restrooms. A family restroom is located on the 100-level concourse on the Southeast side of the arena.
Revolution Brewing Hero Deck

Skyrider Entrance
Exclusive entrance to Chicago Sky full season ticket members, this entry offers early access and the ability to skip the lines! Located on the ground level off Cermak, Skyrider members must have their game ticket(s) and Skyrider credential(s) for entry. This is the only entrance available for early access prior to the general public.
Smoking Policy
In accordance with the City of Chicago Fire Department and the City of Chicago, smoking is not permitted inside Wintrust Arena. Smoking is not permitted within 200 feet of any of the arena’s entrances or in the parking garages. This includes all smoking tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers. Violators of this policy may be ejected from the Arena.

Strollers
Small strollers are allowed in Wintrust Arena. Please see Security for the exact location where you may leave your stroller. There is no guest check-in for strollers and the Sky/Wintrust Arena is not responsible for loss and/or damages. Acceptable stroller sizes are subject to Wintrust Arena security upon entry to the Arena.
Suites
There are 22 total Luxury Suites at Wintrust Arena located on the 200 and 300-level concourses. Access to the Suite Levels will be restricted only to ticket holders with game tickets for the Luxury Suites. Suite Levels can also be accessed by the guest elevator located in the southwest corner of the Arena. For suite pricing, availability, and additional questions, please contact tickets@chicagosky.com.

Single game tickets can be purchased at the Wintrust Arena Box Office or by calling 312.828.9550. The Wintrust Arena Box Office is open Tuesday and Friday 11a-6p; event days, weekends, and holiday hours will vary. The Wintrust Arena Box Office is cashless and ONLY accepts Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Apple Pay.
Water Fountains
Water fountains are located throughout the building. They can be found directly next to restrooms on each floor and include fountains and water bottle refilling stations.
Weapons & Concealed-Carry
Weapons of any kinds are not allowed in Wintrust Arena or on the McCormick Place Campus. Any weapons found at bag check/security will be confiscated. Any guest caught with a weapon during an event is subject to immediate ejection and confiscated items will NOT be returned.

Wintrust Bank Debit Card Holders

Wintrust VIP Lounge
The Wintrust VIP Lounge is located on the main 100-level concourse at mid-court of Wintrust Arena with an entrance above Sections 107/108. Access to the Wintrust VIP Lounge is reserved for ticket holders who have purchased premium club seats.
