To ensure that your game day experience is an enjoyable one, we have created this informational guide designed to provide you with Chicago Sky Basketball game day information. We hope that your experience at Wintrust Arena this season and for years to come will be memorable.
The Wintrust Arena is located at the corner of East Cermak Road and Indiana Street. The address is 200 E. Cermak Road, Chicago, IL 60616
From the Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94)
Exit at 18th Street. Head east to State Street, turn south onto State Street to Cermak Road.
From the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290)
Exiting on Damen or Ashland Avenue. Heading south to Cermak Road, then traveling east on Cermak Road over to the Wintrust Arena.
Dan Ryan Expressway (I-90/94)
Exit at 31st Street. Head east to King Drive. Take King Drive to the McCormick Place Complex. Continue north on King Drive which will turn into Cermak Road leading to the arena.
Stevenson Expressway (I-55),
Exit to southbound Dan Ryan Expressway (I-90/94). Exit at 31st Street. Head east to King Drive. Take King Drive to the McCormick Place Complex. Continue north on King Drive which will turn into Cermak Road leading to the arena.
Parking Lot A (2301 South Prairie Avenue, Chicago, IL 60616)
Parking Lot A (8’height clearance) is a six level garage with 2,100 parking spaces located on Martin Luther King Drive, adjacent to the West Building. Covered walkways from Lot A leading directly into McCormick Place and the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel also provide added convenience. $10 parking in Lot A for Sky games.
Parking Lot B (also known as 31st Street Lot) is an outdoor surface parking lot located at 31st Street near Lake Shore Drive South and Moe Drive. It holds over 1,800 vehicles. The parking rate is a flat fee of $15 per day with no in-and-out privileges.* This parking lot is open throughout event hours. Overnight parking is not available. Parking Lot C (Fort Dearborn Drive, Chicago, IL 60616)
Parking Lot C (6’4″ height clearance) is an underground garage with 1,900 parking spaces and is located on Ft. Dearborn Drive, adjacent to the Lakeside Center. The parking rate is a flat fee of $23 per day with no in-and-out privileges.* This parking lot is open throughout event hours. Overnight parking is not available.
*Credit Cards are accepted at all three lots
Bus Parking/Holding Area
Bus parking is located in Lot B which is located at 3050 South Moe Drive, Chicago, IL 60616.
For the safety of every patron, anyone entering Wintrust Arena is subject to search and must walk through a metal detector or be subjected to an electronic-wanded search. Please comply with the Wintrust bag policy to expedite your entry into the arena.
Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels of the arena (100-Level and 200-Level). Adjacent companion seating and additional seating may be purchased based on availability. Guests needing to purchase accessible seating can contact the DePaul University Ticket Office at 773-325-(SLAM) 7526.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available upon request from the Box Office which is located outside of the Arena on the southeast side.
Wintrust Bank ATMs are located on each level of the concourse.
Banners and Signs
Fans may bring signs into the arena that are no larger than 2’x3.’ Signs with sticks are prohibited in the arena.
Magellan Courtside Club
The Magellan Courtside Club is located courtside for all courtside ticket holders. Access to the Magellan Courtside Club is reserved for ticket holders who have purchased courtside seats only.
Wintrust VIP Lounge
The Wintrust VIP Lounge is located on the main 100-level concourse at mid-court of Wintrust Arena with an entrance above Sections 107/108. Access to the Wintrust VIP Lounge is reserved for ticket holders who have purchased premium club seats.
Non-flash, still cameras of any type may be used to take pictures as long as it does not interfere with other guests view. Any camera bags, tripod or other photography equipment may not be used or placed in any area of the building without a media credential. Selfie sticks are not allowed inside the arena.
Weapons of any kinds are not allowed in Wintrust Arena or on the McCormick Place Campus.
Coolers and Containers
Coolers and other containers are not allowed in Wintrust Arena. This includes beverage containers of any kind
Sky Cares Kids Corner
All fans are welcomed to visit the Sky Cares kids corner on the main course level behind Section 117. Stop by with your kids to pop-a-shot, bid on silent auction items and purchase game day programs.
Access to the Sky Deck is located in sections 115, 117, 119, 215, 216, 217, 218 and 219.
There are five elevators located on the southwest side of the Arena which provides access to all three levels of the arena.
Fan Code of Conduct
The WNBA and Chicago Sky encourage and promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or ethnic comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, spectators, or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.
The first aid office is located on the 100-level behind section 113 in the northwest corner of the arena. Trained medical personnel are on staff and are available to those needing assistance.
Food and Drink
Outside food and drink are not allowed into Wintrust Arena. Concession stands are located on the 100-level and 200-level concourses.
Lost & Found Items
Lost and found items may be picked up from the Guest Services Office during a game. After leaving the arena, Wintrust has a website set up to see all “lost and found” items as well as a form to complete in order to create a case for a lost item.
Patrons can also call the Wintrust Arena Guest Services line at 312-791-6900 to inquire about a lost item.
The main entrance for Wintrust Arena is located at the corner of Cermak Road and Indiana Avenue.
Sky merchandise is available for sale on the concourse level of Wintrust Arena. Merchandise can also be purchased from Chicago Sky website http://www.chicagoskystore.com.
Media will enter Wintrust Arena via the security entrance on the north side of the building.
Other Items prohibited at Wintrust Arena
Other items not permitted in the arena include but are not limited to fireworks, laser pointers, noisemakers (whistles or horns), strollers, tri-pod, video cameras, and weapons of any kind which include pocket knives.
Gameday programs are available each game in the Sky Cares Corner for a $1 donation to Sky Cares. The Sky Cares Corner is located on the concourse level Section 117.
Restrooms are located throughout the concourse on each level. Baby changing stations are located in the handicap stalls in both the men’s and women’s restrooms. A family restroom is located on the 100-level concourse on the Southeast side of the arena.
There are 22 total Luxury Suites at Wintrust Arena located on the 200 and 300-level concourses. Access to the Suite Levels will be restricted only to ticket holders with game tickets for the Luxury Suites. Suite Levels can also be accessed by the guest elevator located in the South West corner of the facility.
In accordance with the City of Chicago Fire Department and the City Of Chicago, smoking is not permitted in Wintrust Arena. Smoking is not permitted within 200 feet of any of the arena’s entrances or in the parking garages.

General Will Call tickets may be picked up on the day of the game at the Wintrust Arena Box Office. Will Call pick up windows will open two hours prior to tipoff.
Refunds or Exchanges
There are no refunds and no exchanges on any ticket purchases. Chicago Sky is not responsible for any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets and they will not be replaced.
