General Media Information
Credentials are only issued to media members and outlets which regularly cover the Chicago Sky and/or the WNBA and/or are affiliated with an accredited organization/outlet. The Sky PR department, in accordance with the WNBA, has final say about granting credentials. A credential is not required for those media members participating in Zoom media availabilities. Media Credentials
All requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the game you wish to cover. Please make certain all requests for credentials are confirmed by Sky PR prior to arriving at Wintrust Arena. Credentials must be worn and visible at all times and are non transferable. For those members of the media receiving season credentials, you do not need to confirm prior to games.

Pregame and Postgame Interviews
In accordance with WNBA policy, postgame interviews with a team’s head coach and select players will take place in a designated interview room. While interviews will no longer take place in the locker rooms, after the conclusion of the presser (per team) with head coach and two key players, any additional players requested by in-person media ONLY (through team PR) are required to be available for interviews in a suitable, alternate location such as the interview room or hallway outside the locker room.
In accordance with WNBA policy, pregame interviews will consist of both teams’ head coaches and two key players must be available jointly in the press conference room for zoom and in-person media. Team PR will work with one another to schedule their respective Head Coach/two key starter availability sessions so that they do not overlap one another. In the event that both head coaches/key starters request the same time window, priority will be given to the home team.

Game Notes and Statistics
Game notes, rosters, etc. are available in the press room 2 hours prior to game time. Statistics are distributed to the working media at the conclusion of each quarter as well as first half boxes and final boxes. Post-game quotes are distributed as quickly as possible following the game.

Photographers
Limited space is available for still photographers along each baseline, with exact locations to be determined on game day. Photographers must stay in their designated areas, and are asked to be considerate of print media and fans directly in their viewing area.

Practice Policy
Approximately the final 30 minutes of each practice will be open to the media, with players and coaches available for brief interviews immediately following practice. Please contact Sky PR to confirm practice times, sites and the availability of players and coaches.
