BASICS:

Why was The List created? Thanks to dedicated fan support, the Chicago Sky has experienced great growth over recent seasons, notably across many of our premium seating locations. Our season ticket waitlist was created to provide an organized and fair process for fans to have access to Sky season tickets when they become available across respective locations.

What is the deposit requirement? Deposit amounts vary by location, ranging from $300 per seat for Bench seats to $50 per seat for Lower Sideline seating. All deposits will be applied toward your account balance once you purchase season tickets. All deposits are non-refundable.

Is there an annual maintenance fee to hold my position on the waitlist? No. Once you register and place your deposit, you will remain a Waitlist Member until you are offered season tickets or request to be removed from The List.

How do I join the waitlist? You can place your waitlist deposit on this page (above), by contacting the Chicago Sky ticket office at 866.SKY.WNBA or tickets@chicagosky.net, or your personal ticket representative.

Do current season ticket members need to place a deposit to be added to the waitlist? Current season ticket members that are looking to either relocate their seats within price levels included in the waitlist and/or upgrade their season tickets into areas associated with the waitlist will need to place a deposit to join the waitlist.

All options that would become available are for full season plans only.

For members looking to keep their current plan/seats in place as is, no action is necessary in terms of the waitlist. Current seats will be auto renewed at the current plan, same location, payment method, etc. unless otherwise noted.

How will updates and other information be communicated to me during my Waitlist term? Email will be the primary form of communication for Sky Waitlist information and updates. The Sky will make every effort to ensure email notifications are received in a timely manner, but the Sky cannot guarantee email delivery because of third party constraints (spam filters, firewalls, etc.). Those on the waitlist are responsible for maintaining a valid email address that is able to receive Sky waitlist emails and are encouraged to notify the Chicago Sky ticket office (tickets@chicagosky.net) or your personal Sky ticket representative immediately if they feel communication is not being properly received by emailing tickets@chicagosky.net. It is the sole responsibility of those on waitlist to promptly notify the Sky if their email address or telephone number changes. The Sky are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete, or illegible contact information.

Can I remove my name from The List? Yes. If for any reason you wish to be removed from the Waitlist before season tickets become available, your deposit will be allocated as account credit to be used towards ticket purchases for the season in which one removes themselves from the waitlist. By removing yourself from the waitlist, you also would lose any current spot on the waitlist and any later waitlist deposit would be subject to current positioning on the waitlist at that time. Does my deposit guarantee that I will be offered season tickets? No. Your deposit holds your place on the waitlist, but it does not guarantee that you will be offered season tickets. Season ticket availability is based on the renewal rates of existing Season Ticket Members.

Can I purchase a spot on the waitlist as a gift for someone else? Yes. When registering for the waitlist, simply use the gift recipient’s name, address, and contact information, with the exception of their email address, in the appropriate sign-up fields. Waitlist Members are notified via email once they have joined the waitlist. Therefore, we ask that you fill out the application using your own email address, as this will ensure the gift recipient is unaware of the purchase.

Will I receive notification of my successful application to the waitlist? Yes. You will receive an email welcome soon after submitting your application and deposit (please allow up to 5 business days).

How will membership updates and benefits information be communicated to me during my membership term? After you become a member of the waitlist, you will receive a welcome email with information on how to manage your account.

How long will it take for me to get Sky season tickets? Ticket availability is based on the renewal rates of existing Season Ticket Members. 

How will I be contacted if season tickets become available? If we reach your spot on the waitlist for the respective seating location indicated by your deposit, you will be contacted by the Chicago Sky ticket offer. Due to the timeliness of this process, it is extremely important that you keep your email, mailing address, and phone number up-to-date in Account Manager.

How much do season tickets cost? For information on current season ticket pricing, please check Chicago Sky season ticket membership pricing by clicking here. Future season ticket pricing may be subject to changes, and new season ticket members will be subject to the current membership rates at the time of their purchase. 

How can I pay for season tickets once they are offered to me? Season ticket payments may be made by credit card or by check. Payment plan options may be available (less deposit) depending on date that seats become available. Ticket must be paid in full by the purchase deadline date sent with your season ticket invoice. You will be informed of specific payment options and deadline date when you’re contacted that we’ve reached your spot on the waitlist.

Could I be removed from The List for any reason? Your membership on the Waitlist and your deposit will be subject to forfeiture if you break any rule, regulation, or policy either (i) of the Chicago Sky or Wintrust Arena or (ii) concerning any program, privilege or benefit made available to waitlist members.
