In the second clash, Cardoso had a then-career-high outing. She posted 27 points, seven rebounds, three assists and two blocks while shooting a highly efficient 10 of 15 from the floor. The third and final battle of the 2025 season saw both Williams and Rachel Banham earn starts. Williams ended the night with 12 points, nine rebounds, three steals and two blocks while Banham scored 13 points and made three threes.

The Sparks are led in scoring by Kelsey Plum, who averages 23.9 points and 6.4 assists while shooting a highly efficient 52.7% from the field and 38.3% from three on 6.8 attempts. Nneka Ogwumike, who signed to the Sparks this season after playing there from 2012-23, averages 16.5 points, 8.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.2 steals.

As a team, the Sparks' offense is high octane. They average 88.4 points, which is good for fifth in the league. However, L.A.'s defense allows 93.6 points per game, which is last in the league.
