The Chicago Sky supports women as catalysts for community transformation by expanding access to health resources, professional growth, and leadership opportunities.  

Women's Small Business Cohort (WSBC)

Launched in 2020, the Chicago Sky Small Business Cohort has intentionally evolved to focus exclusively on women-owned businesses, deepening our investment in women entrepreneurs across the city. The business accelerator provides workshops, training, and culminates with a pitch competition, along with ongoing alumni engagement and support. 

Alumni Iniatives

The Chicago Sky Alumni initiative supports and celebrates former players and organization members for life through a national alumni organization that provides an ongoing advocacy voice, recent celebrations including jersey retirements for Allie Quigley and Candace Parker, and recognition of milestones like Sylvia Fowles' Hall of Fame induction.
