What is a Skyrider Membership?
A Skyrider Membership is the Chicago Sky Full Season ticket member program. It is also more than just guaranteeing yourself the best seats, at the best price for every game. Skyrider Members a part of the fabric of the organization and enjoy special benefits and access year-round.

What is MySky Account Manager?
This online portal is the most efficient way to access your mobile tickets, transfer tickets, or re-sell tickets , as well as make payments towards your season ticket membership.

What is the Sky Ticket Banking Program?
Know that you can’t attend a Sky game in advance? Something pop-up last minute and you weren’t able to make it to a game you were planning on going to? Contact your Account Manager to redeem your unused banked tickets or use the ‘Exchange’ function in your Account Manager.
Tickets that aren’t used are automatically added to your ‘bank’ and can be redeemed for any regular season home game within the same season in any increment, including a portion or all at one time. Bank ticket redemption requests need to be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to game date (including weekend games).
Seating is based on availability and will be located as close to your season seat location as possible. If Member requests to keep seats together, members can relocate their seats on a game by game basis to be seated with those they are bringing to the game.
Once seat locations are allocated to your account through our office, you can access your tickets digitally through the Chicago Sky mobile app or through the Account Manager for mobile ticketing.
What is the Chicago Sky mobile app? How do I get this?
This is your one stop shop for all things Chicago Sky. In addition to news, score, standings, and other info on the team, you can also use the app for ticketing options as well. Your Sky Account Manager is available through the Ticket tab in the app, which allows for mobile entry and transferring of tickets.
You can download the Chicago Sky app to your mobile device through the App Store or Google Play.
What is TM Ticket Exchange?
TM Ticket Exchange is an on-line market place where Skyrider Members can post their certified Sky tickets for sale. Track your tickets through your Sky online Account Manager, decide how much you’d like to post your tickets for and whether you’d like the money deposited into your bank account or stored as a credit on your Sky account. Sky account credit can be used towards additional Sky tickets or your Sky Membership renewal.
What is auto-renewal?
As a Skyrider Member, you are enrolled in the auto-renewal program which is designed to simplify the process of retaining your Sky Membership for the following WNBA season.
Auto renewal keeps all things consistent with your membership package, including seating location, payment plan, and payment method.
How does auto-renewal work?
Your Sky Membership functions just like an Amazon Prime or Netflix subscription in that each season (typically June/July) you will receive your personal Sky Membership Portal & Renewal Statement where you can view your Sky Membership invoice and benefits for the following season. It makes renewing your seats transparent and easy!
If you plan to retain your Sky Membership for the following season, while nothing further is required, you can use your Personal Membership Portal to update information such as your preferred payment plan length and payment method. It is also here, if you so choose, that you can opt out of auto-renewing your Sky Membership for the following season.
What payment options are available to me?
Skyrider Members have multiple interest-free payment plans available to utilize. Skyrider Membership payments typically run from August through July of the following season.
Members can select from the following three options:
- Pay in Full
- Quarterly plan with automated payments made on the first Friday of August, November, February, and May
- Monthly plan with automated payments made on the first Friday of every month, beginning in August and running through July of the following year
With each month that passes the maximum length of the payment plan decreases so it’s always better to secure your Membership early, maximize the payment plan length thereby guaranteeing yourself the lowest possible monthly payments.
How will I receive my tickets for the season?
Ticketing for all Chicago Sky games is now mobile. Your phone is now your ticket!
All tickets including Full Season Memberships are available via the Chicago Sky app on your mobile device or through the web based MySky Account Manager on your phone. Our ticket scanners are equipped to simply scan the tickets on your phone, so you never have to worry about leaving your tickets at home! It’s recommended to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay in advance for seamless entry.

How do I reserve my playoff tickets?
Skyrider Members guarantee themselves access to any Sky home playoff games through our ‘Pay as We Play’ ticket program. By opting into this program, Skyriders enjoy their same season seat location at their same per game Member rate for all possible home playoff games. Members on this program will be automatically charged for their seats any time playoff home games are guaranteed to take place. This schedule will be based on seeding, series length, and other playoff format factors.
Playoff ticket information and special Membership pricing is sent out by the team towards the end of each season should current standings dictate.
