Accessible Services
Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels of the arena (100-Level and 200-Level). Adjacent companion seating and additional seating may be purchased based on availability. Guests needing to purchase accessible seating can contact the Chicago Sky at 312-828-9550.

Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available upon request from the Guest Services which is located outside of the Arena on the southeast side.

ATMs
Wintrust Bank ATMs are located on each level of the concourse. Note: Wintrust Arena will be a cashless arena until further notice.

Banners and Signs
Fans may bring signs into the arena that are no larger than 2’x3.’ Signs with sticks are prohibited in the arena.

Cameras
As a rule, small personal and disposable cameras are allowed. Cameras with detachable lenses, professional cameras or recording devices are not permitted.GoPro, iPads, and Selfie Sticks are NOT allowed.

Children’s Entry
All children 2 years old and older require a ticket to gain admission to Sky games at Wintrust Arena.

Concealed-Carry
Weapons of any kinds are not allowed in Wintrust Arena or on the McCormick Place Campus.

Coolers and Containers
Coolers and other containers are not allowed in Wintrust Arena. This includes beverage containers of any kind

Elevators
There are five elevators located on the southwest side of the Arena which provides access to all three levels of the arena.

Fan Code of Conduct
The WNBA and Chicago Sky encourage and promote good sportsmanship by players, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or ethnic comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, players, coaches, spectators, or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.

First Aid
The first aid office is located on the 100-level behind section 113 in the northwest corner of the arena. Trained medical personnel are on staff and are available to those needing assistance.

Food and Drink
Outside food and drink are not allowed into Wintrust Arena. Fans may purchase food and drink items from concession stands throughout the arena. Note: Wintrust Arena will be a cashless arena until further notice.

Gate Information
Doors open to the General Public 60 minutes prior to tip-off for each Sky home game. Full season ticket Skyrider members and Team Night Out groups receive early access 90 minutes prior to tip-off through specified entrances.

Lactation & Nursing Pod
The Mamava pod is placed on the main concourse near section 120 outside of our family restroom.

Lost & Found Items
Lost and found items may be picked up from the Guest Services Office during a game. After leaving the arena, Wintrust has a website set up to see all “lost and found” items as well as a form to complete in order to create a case for a lost item. Please click here to submit a claim.

Patrons can also call the Wintrust Arena Guest Services line at 312-791-6900 to inquire about a lost item.

Main Entrance
The main entrance for Wintrust Arena is located at the corner of Cermak Road and Indiana Avenue.

Metal Detectors
For the safety of every patron, anyone entering Wintrust Arena is subject to search and must walk through a metal detector or be subjected to an electronic-wanded search. Please comply with the Wintrust bag policy to expedite your entry into the arena.

Merchandise
Merchandise will be available at Wintrust Arena during Sky home games. The merchandise stand will be located along the 100 level concourse on the south end of the arena behind Sections 103-105. Merchandise can also be purchased from Chicago Sky website www.chicagoskyshop.com.

Media Information/Entrance
Media will enter Wintrust Arena via the security entrance on the north side of the building.

Prohibited Items at Wintrust Arena
For the safety, security, and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are not allowed in the Wintrust Arena. Your cooperation will help expedite entering the facility. We thank you for your understanding.

 

  • Luggage, Backpacks, purses or bags larger than a clutch (4.5″ x 6.5″ or 6.5″ x 4.5″)
  • No large umbrellas. Small, hand-size umbrellas allowed in severe weather. Please call ahead for more information
  • Animals are not allowed in the Wintrust Arena with the exception of Certified Service Animals.
  • Food or beverage
  • Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
  • Video cameras or audio recorders (the permitted use of video equipment/cameras varies by event and is at the discretion of the promoter/producer)
  • iPads or Laptops
  • Laser pens, laser products, glow sticks
  • Balloons or Strollers (Infant car seats are ok as long as they are not blocking an aisle)
  • Noisemaking devices (air horns, whistles, etc.)
  • Projectiles (including frisbees and beach balls)
  • Oversized signs (larger than 2’ x 3’) or signs on sticks are prohibited. Approved signs are subject to building approval and must not obstruct the view of other guests
  • Stickers of any kind
  • Skateboards, skates (roller or in-line), scooters or hoverboards
  • Sticks, poles, selfie sticks, or Go Pro sticks
  • Weapons (knives, guns, chains, or any item that can be construed as a weapon)
  • Illegal substances/drugs of any kind (an exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the entrance)
  • Fireworks or any other incendiary device
  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by Venue Management

 

Arena management reserves the right to make the final determination on prohibited items. Wintrust Arena is NOT responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged. Possession of prohibited items will be grounds for ejection from the Arena.

 

There is NO RE-ADMISSION on ticket stubs.

 

For your protection and the protection of others, ALL patrons are subject to search as a condition of admission to an event. Refusal to submit to such search may prevent admission to the Arena.

Sky Deck
Access to the Sky Deck is located in sections 115, 117, 119, 215, 216, 217, 218 and 219.

 

Smoking Policy – In accordance with the City of Chicago and the Smoke-Free Illinois Act, smoking is prohibited inside Wintrust Arena and Arie Crown Theater. (this includes all smoking tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes and vaporizers). Violators of this policy may be ejected from the venue.

 

Re-Entry Policy
Wintrust Arena has a “no re-entry” policy during events. Guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle or need to exit and re-enter due to a personal emergency (i.e. to retrieve medicine from their vehicle) must first make contact with a Guest Services Supervisor to make arrangements. All such guests should notify a Guest Services Supervisor prior to exiting the facility to ensure Re-Entry.

 

Ticket/Box Office
All fans ages two and up are required to have a ticket for entry.

All tickets will be digital and are accessible from your mobile device through the Chicago Sky mobile and/or Account Manager webpage.

The Wintrust Arena Box Office is open Tuesdays and Fridays 11a-6p. On event days, the Ticket Office will be open 2-3 hours prior to tip-off. The Box Office is located on the ground level of Wintrust Arena off of Cermak Ave.

 

Weapons – Weapons are not permitted on the arena premises. Weapons found at the bag check will be confiscated. Any patron caught with a weapon during an event is subject to early ejection. Confiscated items will NOT be returned.
