Sky Fans - Report to Military Night

On Friday, June 17, Sky fans will have the opportunity to join the Chicago Sky as it recognizes and honors members of the military in conjunction with Friday night�s game versus the New York Liberty.

Rallying at 17:30 (5:30 p.m.), pregame festivities will take place in the North Parking lot of Allstate Arena. Featured there will be a mini car show with awe-inspiring military show vehicles, a military issued climbing wall, and numerous fun-filled activities for the entire family.

Open to all Sky fans, family and friends, military supporters can enter Allstate Arena wearing their own personalized military style dog tags they create at the pregame event, and have their photo taken in a life size Navy Seal cut out.

The doors to the arena open at 18:30, where there will be an entertaining pregame show with the Prime Time Drill Team at center court, followed by a 50 flag Color Guard salute performed by the U. S. Navy. The 85th Army Band and Marine Corp Math and Science Academy JROTC will sing the national anthem. The first 3000 fans will also receive a camo Sky rally towel.

After two quarters of exciting Sky basketball, a swear in ceremony for future soldiers of the U.S. Army will take place at Center Court as part of the scheduled halftime events.

Military Night, presented by Motorola Solutions is a terrific way to honor the men and women of the U.S. military while cheering on the Sky to another impassioned victory.
