With the help of the Chicago Sky partners, the Magellan Corporation and Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, the sold-out Sky High Hoops Clinics were successful. On Wednesday, August 17 and Thursday, August 18, Sky Assistant Coaches Christie Sides and Jonah Herscu and Video Coordinator Jessie Miller led boys and girls ages 7-14 through various drills to improve their basketball skills at Rosemont Recreation Center.

Allie Quigley, Jamierra Faulkner, Jessica Breland and Tamera Young taught fundamentals to nearly 100 young athletes, including nineteen children from the Hoops in the Hood organization and Beyond the Ball Girls Program who were sponsored by the Sky Cares Foundation to participate in the clinics. Also, participants competed in several basketball competitions to win Sky prizes.
