Chicago’s three-game winning streak was snapped on Sunday when the New York Liberty picked up a 97-94 overtime win against the Sky at Wintrust Arena. The team is 6-10 on the year and currently sits No. 9 in the WNBA Standings. They will face the Dallas Wings on Tuesday for a getaway game before returning home on Saturday to face the defending-champion Minnesota Lynx at Wintrust Arena.

Facing the Wings
The Wings are in their third season in Dallas and the Sky have an overall record of 13-19 against them with a 4-11 road record. This will be the first of a three-game season series as both teams will face off again on July 20 in Chicago and July 31 back in Dallas. The Wings currently sit at No. 8 in the WNBA standings with a 7-8 record and are 1.5 games ahead of Chicago.

Courtney Vandersloot
Vandersloot finished Sunday’s game with 20 points, six rebounds, five assists and two steals in the Sky’s 97-94 overtime loss to New York. She currently leads the league in assists at 7.4 per game and has also poured in 17 points per game in her last two outings.

Allie Quigley
Quigley scored a season-high 28 points on 9-for-17 from the field and 5-for-10 from behind the 3-point line. She is currently averaging 17 points per game this season and tallied 20+ points four of the last five games.

Stefanie Dolson
Dolson made her second start on Sunday since returning from injury and tallied a double-double with 10 points and a team-high 10 rebounds. She also leads the Sky in blocks at 1.3 per game.
