#RedefinePossible Mentorship Initiative

In 2016 the Chicago Sky introduced a new community platform to support, inspire and empower female business executives within the Chicagoland area. The #RedefinePossible platform includes a Women’s Leadership Brunch, Women’s Leadership Award Series, Mentorship Initiative, Fireside Chats, and an appreciation networking event to conclude the season. This platform directly reaches over 600 local business executives, philanthropist, and key influencers. We’ve continued to expand the platform to further invest in the growth and career development of women in the workplace.

The Women’s Mentorship Initiative will bring together women from various industries that are currently in entry-level or mid-level positions to hear from local Chicagoland area female industry leaders. During the sessions, mentees receive valuable suggestions, tips, and knowledge on how to navigate their careers. These sessions are meant to foster career development and women to women mentoring as we look to invest in the upcoming generation of Chicagoland area key influencers, c-suite executives and community leaders such as yourself.
