CHICAGO—The Chicago Sky have waived guards, Yvonne Anderson, Rebekah Gardner and Betnijah Laney. Anderson and Gardner were signed to training camp contracts on April 14 and March 20, respectively.
Laney was drafted by the Sky in the second round of the 2015 WNBA Draft (17th overall). In her rookie season, Laney averaged 2.8 points and 2.1 rebounds in 33 games. She returned to the Sky for the 2016 season and played in eight games before being ruled out for the season with a left knee injury.
